Tips for Maintaining a Healthy Lawn for Warm Season Grass
Soil pH Sample Test & Amend your soil to its correct grass type pH Level range.
Do not cut your grass too short where it's scalping your lawn (keep your mower blades sharp). Reel mower is best especially for Zoysia & Bermuda. Mow often as you can.
Deep Water your lawn (1" per week).
Fertilizer (we recommend slow release granular) & follow your Soil pH test results recommendation.
Core Aerate in the Spring (Late April - August).
Topdressing (with Organic Compost and/or Mirimichi Green CarbonizPN-G). If you're Yard Leveling, we recommend Sand / Organic Compost Mix like Soil3 Level Mix.
Weed & Pest / Insecticide Control for you Lawn (see your local landscape supply companies) or Hire a Reputable company with a SC Commercial Applicator License.

Our program does not include post-Emergent weed control for existing weeds or Nutgrass or Insect or disease infestation on your lawn which will require a licensed professional to treat your turf, depending on environmental conditions. The best way to combat against weeds is a thick & healthy turf.
