Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Thanks for purchasing our services! If you are not satisfied with the services that you have purchased from us, contact us within 30 days.  We are committed to revising, repairing, or reworking the original service agreement until our customers are satisfied. After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a revised work statement or refund. Additionally, a processing fee of 8% plus any materials & delivery fees will be deducted from all debit or credit card refunds, regardless. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

Returns

Due to the nature of our business, we typically cannot accept returns of installed material.

Cancellations

We understand life happens.  In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored. You have the right to cancel your order for services within 7 days of our estimate approval / service agreement. To cancel your services, you must inform us of your decision. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication via email and/or text of cancellation before the 7-day period has expired.  There is a $100 cancellation fee if cancelled within 7 days of your lawn project DATE.

We may update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the way we collect and process information. If we make any changes, we will provide notice on this website and may notify you by email prior to the change becoming effective. 9. Pricing & Yard Clean Up, Lawn Care, Shrubs, and Landscaping Services

We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to cancel and/or refuse service to anyone if the cost of the service exceeds its price and/or Palmetto Lawn Services SC LLC schedule does not allow us to serve clients' desired schedule time and/or date. We reserve the right to change yard, lawn care service offerings, descriptions, and details at any time without further notice.

10. Your Payments; Late Fees

Payment is due in full on the service completion day. ** We charge your CARD ON FILE.**  If we do not receive payment in full by the date specified on your bill/invoice, a finance payment charge, which may be charged at the highest rate permissible by law, may be applied to the total unpaid balance. We may also charge you any costs we pay to a collection agency to collect unpaid balances from you. If we bill you for amounts on behalf of a third party, the payments received are first applied to our charges. You may be charged additional fees for certain methods of payment. We may charge you, up to the highest amount permitted by law, for returned checks or other payments paid by you and denied for any reason by a financial institution. Acceptance of payments (even if marked "paid in full") does not waive our right to collect all amounts that you owe us. We may restrict your payment methods to cashier's check, money order, or other similar secure form of payment at any time for good reason.
